I gotta go with greens...collards, mustard, tunip, spinach greens, as long as its greens and I has some pepper/vinagar sauce to go with it...im good.
I remember in middle school, accidentally mixing my pineapple upside down cake into enchiladas, pinto beans, and rice thinking it was my cornbread cause the lunch lady forgot to give me a slice. After that, I ate it like that every Wednesday on Enchiladas Day!
